It is important that the traveller is familiar with the General terms and conditions of travel. By making payment, you are showing that you have accepted these terms of travel.

Hotels

Payment terms
Full payment is required at the time of booking. When making your booking you should quote the credit card number from which payment is to be taken. We will send you confirmation by email once payment has been authorised. All prices are stated and charged in Euros.

Paying online and Customer Service
The following cards are accepted for payment: Visa and MasterCard.

Confirmation
Once your booking has been made, you will be sent confirmation by email. Please check that all the details agree with what you have booked!
The confirmation also includes directions telling you how to get to the hotel.

Changes
Changes to bookings can be made for a fee of 6 GBP per booking up to 4 p.m. CET, 72 hours (3 days) prior to your arrival in the hotel. Changes are made over the telephone via customer service on 0046 77 4474700. Changes less than 3 days prior to arrival will not be accepted.

Cancellation and cancellation protection
You have the chance to take out cancellation protection which will mean a reduced cancellation charge (see below) in the event of accident or illness in accordance with the general terms of travel if the date of arrival at the hotel is close. The price of the cancellation protection is 4 GBP /adult and 2 GBP /per child. Please note that the cost of the cancellation protection is to be paid at the time of the booking. Any claims must be confirmed by a doctor’s certificate clearly stating the reason why the trip cannot be made. The certificate must be stamped & signed by the doctor and printed on the doctor’s headed paper, or a metro travel medical certificate be used within one week. The cost of cancellation protection is non-refundable.

Complaints

 

1. Any comments must be submitted as soon as possible during your stay in the hotel.

2. If it is not possible to resolve the matter, wescape.com customer service is to be notified on 0046 77 4474700 no later than 24 hours after arrival in the hotel.

3. Complaints and possible claims for compensation must be sent in writing to wescape.com within 30 days of the end of the hotel visit.
